This website hosts a private research tool operated by Tushar Debnath, a freelance video editor. It helps the operator find YouTube creators who may be interested in video editing services. These terms apply to anyone who uses the tool.

Who may use the tool

The tool is for the operator's own business use only. There is no public sign-up, no user accounts and no paid plan: access is behind a single password held by the operator. The tool, and the information in it, is not sold, licensed or made available to anyone else.

YouTube API Services

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. The tool reads only public information through the official YouTube Data API. It does not download, re-host or publicly display YouTube videos, does not scrape YouTube pages, and does not access anyone's YouTube or Google account.

How information is handled

Information from YouTube API Services is stored, refreshed and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, in line with YouTube's Developer Policies. Scores and other figures the tool works out for itself (such as a channel's style fit or lead score) are its own estimates, are labelled as such, and are never presented as YouTube statistics.

Contacting creators

The operator uses the tool to decide whom to contact about editing services. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is added to a permanent do-not-contact list and is not contacted again.

No warranty

The tool is provided as it is, for the operator's own research. Its scores and judgements are estimates and may be wrong.

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. Questions, removal requests or requests not to be contacted can be sent by email at contact@outreach-leads.tech.
